These terms govern the use of services operated by Klarc on the domains klarc.eu and social.klarc.eu.

2. Nature of the services

klarc.eu is a public documentation site (privacy policy, legal notice, information about internal tools).

social.klarc.eu hosts Postiz, a social-media scheduling tool made available to Klarc Group's partner businesses. Registration is by invitation only.

3. Acceptable use

By using Postiz, you agree to:

• Only publish content you own or are authorized to publish.
• Comply with the terms of each connected social platform.
• Not use the service for spam, disinformation, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Not attempt to access accounts or data not your own.
• Not degrade service availability for other users.

4. Suspension

Klarc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach, without notice for serious violations.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous availability. Klarc is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party social platforms or by causes beyond its control (force majeure, processor failure).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish via Postiz. Klarc operates the scheduling infrastructure only; the publications themselves are your editorial responsibility.
